FREQUENTLY ASKED FEARS
Got questions? We've got answers. Everything you need to know before you lose your mind.
The Touch Pass allows our actors to make physical contact with you during your experience. This includes grabbing, pushing, pulling, and other physical interactions that enhance the terror. The Touch Pass is optional but highly recommended for the full Crooked World experience. Without it, actors will maintain a safe distance while still delivering maximum scares.
Tickets can be transferred to another available date up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit, subject to availability. A $5 processing fee applies. No refunds are given for tickets, but we understand plans change. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Yes! All three attractions have wheelchair-accessible routes. While the terror remains uncompromised, we ensure everyone can experience the horror safely. Please notify us when booking so we can prepare the appropriate pathways and ensure our actors are briefed for your visit.
Only if you purchase the Touch Pass! With the Touch Pass, actors may grab, push, pull, or make other physical contact to enhance your experience. Without it, they maintain a safe distance. All contact is controlled and safe, but designed to maximize terror. You can change your mind about the Touch Pass at any time.
Crooked World is recommended for ages 13+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. We do not recommend the experience for children under 10. Pregnant women and those with heart conditions, respiratory problems, or other health issues should consult their doctor before visiting.
Expect intense scares, loud noises, flashing lights, fog effects, and confined spaces. The experience includes graphic horror themes, simulated violence, and psychological terror. Actors will jump out, chase you, and create an atmosphere of genuine fear. The entire experience takes 45-60 minutes.
Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes you can run in. Avoid loose jewelry, long dangling earrings, or anything that could get caught. Dress for the weather as some attractions have outdoor elements. Dark colors are recommended as they hide bloodstains better. Leave valuables at home or in your car.
Groups of 4-8 people work best for the optimal terror experience. Larger groups may be split for safety and scare effectiveness. Single visitors and couples are welcome but may be grouped with others. Private group experiences are available for an additional fee.
