Welcome to the Nightmare
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Crooked World Horror services, including visits to our haunted attractions located at 2 Campion Rd, New Hartford, NY 13413. By purchasing tickets, visiting our attraction, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Crooked World Horror operates seasonal horror entertainment attractions featuring intense horror experiences designed for mature audiences.
Age Requirements & Restrictions
- • Recommended minimum age: 12+ years old
- • Under 16: Must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- • Employment: Must be 18+ years old to apply for positions
- • Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for minors in their care
Health & Safety Warnings
Our attractions are NOT RECOMMENDED for individuals with:
- • Heart conditions or cardiovascular problems
- • Respiratory problems or asthma
- • Claustrophobia or anxiety disorders
- • Pregnancy
- • Recent injuries or physical limitations
- • Seizure disorders
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Our facility is currently NOT handicap accessible, though we plan to accommodate in the future.
Content Warnings
Our attractions contain:
- • Graphic horror themes and disturbing imagery
- • Simulated violence and gore effects
- • Intense psychological content
- • Loud sounds, strobe lights, and fog effects
- • Physical contact (with Touch Pass upgrade)
- • Content that may cause lasting trauma
Attraction Rules - STRICTLY ENFORCED
ZERO TOLERANCE VIOLATIONS (Immediate Ejection, No Refund):
- • No photography, video recording, or phone use inside attractions
- • No touching actors or props (without Touch Pass)
- • No alcohol or controlled substances - sobriety checks conducted
- • Zero tolerance for harassment of any kind
General Safety Rules:
- • Stay with your assigned group at all times
- • No running or pushing
- • Follow designated paths only
- • Emergency exits for emergencies only
- • Closed-toe shoes mandatory
- • No loose clothing, jewelry, or costume weapons
Emergency Procedures
If you need immediate assistance:
- • Shout "MERCY" loudly for immediate exit
- • Shout "MEDICAL" for medical emergencies
- • Raise both hands above your head if you cannot speak
- • Safety monitors are positioned throughout all attractions

- • Select Thursdays: 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Ticketing & Refund Policy
Ticket Purchase: Available online at FearTicket.com or at the door
NO REFUND POLICY: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Transfers: Tickets may be transferred up to 24 hours before your visit date for a $5 fee.
Group Discounts: 10% off for groups of 10 or more (advance purchase required)
Liability & Legal Terms
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By entering Crooked World Horror, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in horror entertainment activities, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, psychological trauma, and death.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: You agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Crooked World Horror, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, death, or any other damages, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crooked World Horror from any claims brought by third parties arising from your conduct or violations of these terms.
MEDICAL CERTIFICATION: By purchasing a ticket, you certify that you do not suffer from any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in horror entertainment activities.
